Dr. Servin-Eischen was born in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Servin-Eischen was granted the Doctor of Psychology Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. She completed her doctoral internship at the Student Counseling Center at South West Texas University in San Marcos TX. She earned her Nursing Degree at Northwest Texas School of Nursing in Amarillo, TX. Austin, Texas became her home, and she began her career as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in Austin. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at St. Edward’s University and her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX.
She was instrumental in implementing and directing a counseling service unit within a pilot project established by the Daughters of Charity in Austin. Additionally, she provided Pro-Bono services to parishioners of Cristo Rey Parish in Austin, Texas to ensure that people who could not afford mental health services would have access to them. Services included individual, group, and family counseling to the underserved population and outreach services to elementary, middle school, and high school students. She was able to extend those services by establishing a comprehensive practicum site for Master Level students interested in clinical supervision and training in counseling.
Dr. Servin-Eischen dedicated herself to serving the community with bilingual (English and Spanish) services to include individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, psychological and educational assessments, supervision of master-level graduate students. She provides presentations/workshops and retreats for couples and corporations. Her special interests include expanding strength and empowerment through collaborative, narrative work that engages the clientele she serves in authoring and re-authoring their life story by incorporating what is meaningful to the clientele she serves.
She is a member of the following organizations: American Psychological Association ( www.apa.org), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (www.aamft.org) Texas Association For Marriage and Family Therapy (TAMFT.org), EMDR International Association (Emdria.org) and is an Approved Clinical Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapists, Texas Psychological Association (www.texaspsych.org) serving as a Grassroots Legislative Coordinator in South Texas, South Texas Psychological Association- Serving as Past President.

Esperanza Lopez was born in Austin Texas and has been dedicated to be a strong advocate for people who face challenges. She has challenged herself to decrease the "dis" and increase ability in her own disability in doing so she has committed to be a model for those who face challenges. Esperanza is dedicated to helping you feel welcomed and ensure that your appointment needs are met in a timely manner.
