Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my insurance accept out of network providers?
Insurance companies often dictate limitations of treatment regardless of the appropriate treatment reccomendations for specific conditions. It is in your best interest to consider all the available service payment options and the impact those options may have on your specific mental health needs. The privacy concerns, limitations imposed on appropriate treatments and the administrative burdens are the reasons I do not participate in some managed care contracts.
Out of Network Reimbursement
Any necessary documentation to obtain maximum allowable reimbursement from plans allowing out of network providers for treatment will be provided upon request.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check, money orders and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 75% of your established fee.
