Regular Hours

 Saturday appointments require a non-refundable $75.00 deposit.

                    Presentations:   2 hrs $700.00 plus Travel and lodging  
                                                   4 hrs $1500.00 plus Travel and lodging

Single Session Walk-in Consultationss:  Wednesday 9:00 am-1:00 pm. Single session consultations are $75.00 for 30 minutes cash only. If you decide to continue with ongoing consultations a separate appointment will be scheduled and you may opt to utilize your insurance.

Phone consults for ongoing clients  only are limited to 10 minutes at $3.25 per minute  and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled or a referral  will be made to  the emergency room if deemed appropriate.

I do not provide custody consultations.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Does my insurance accept out of network providers?

Insurance companies often dictate limitations of treatment regardless of the appropriate  treatment reccomendations for specific conditions. It is in your  best interest to consider all the available  service payment options and the impact those options may have on your specific mental health needs. The privacy concerns, limitations imposed on appropriate treatments and the administrative burdens are the reasons I do not participate in some managed care contracts.  

Saturday Appointments
 50% of the consultation fee will reserve your weekend appointment.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check, money orders and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. If you pay online an additonal fee of  $4.00 will be applied to the consultation fee. Be familiar with your insurance and maximum payment policies. You are responsible for the fees incurred if your insurance requires pre-authorization for services, please contact your insuirance prior to your session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay  75% of your established fee.
